Junior Golf

We will be publishing our Junior Golf Schools on this section soon.  We will host Junior Camps at Waverly through the Junior Golf Foundation.

If you are a Junior Golfer and love to play and compete.  Go to www.iowapga.com and sign up for the Pee Wee Tour or Junior Golf Tour we have as run by the Iowa Section of the PGA.  We have over 700 junior golfers competing in our tournaments.  If you are thinking of playing golf in college, think about getting noticed by playing in these popular events.

Waverly Youth Golf

The following are the sign up and program for the popular Waverly Youth Golf.  Please read over and if you have any questions please feel free to call the phone numbers provided.  Get your youth golfer involved in this great program.  They may receive scholarship monies based on their participation.

The make up date due to no class on June 23rd will be on Tuesday, July 7th at Centennial Oaks.  We will have class at Centennial Oaks on Wednesday, June, 24th.  Class at Waverly Golf Course on Thursday, June 25th.  Class on Tuesday, June 30th and Wednesday, July 1st will be at Centennial Oaks.  Class on Thursday, July 2nd will be at Waverly Golf Course.

Greg apologizes for the miscommunication on class on Tuesday, June 23rd.  Feel free to call his cell phone-319-230-4934 with any questions.  Also you may call the Waverly Pro Shop 352-1530 to find out if we are having class due to weather.  Greg will leave a message there as to whether we will be having class due to weather.

COUPONS and SPECIALS

For those of you that have asked for coupons…here they are.  Always look under The Tap Room for coupons to the All Golf Center, The Tap Room and Legend Trail Golf.  I will usually have links to all of them.  These coupons are for the eater, the drinker and the golfer in your family.  Keep in mind that they have expiration dates and specific instructions as they go to one facility in particular.  But use them and let your friends know about them.

We also have many great specials that go ALL THE TIME!!!

Our Two for one bucket special is valid Monday-Friday until 2 pm at the All Golf Center and Legend Trail Golf (sorry no driving range at Waverly Golf).  We also have our ever popular Weekday Golf Special that is good Monday-Friday until 2 pm.  Must have two golfers but for $23.00 each, they receive greens fee and cart for 18 holes.  This special is valid at Waverly Golf Course and Legend Trail Golf.

At the All Golf Center we have three fun specials on the golf course.  Seniors play for $5.00 before 2 pm each day.  Ladies play for 1/2 price greens fee on Monday’s and Tuesday’s (that is only $3.50 for nine holes of golf, cart and beer extra).  On Saturday and Sunday, one kid and one adult may play for $10.00 (regular price is $12.00).  So bring the family out to play our fun par 3 golf course.  Ralph and his crew have the place looking great.

Also we still have spots available for Group Golf Lessons at All Golf Center in a couple of weeks.  Go to lessons to get the information and then call 319-236-1010 to sign up you and a friend today.  Junior lessons in Waverly have their sign up out also.

We try to stay consistent with our specials so that you know exactly what we are doing each and everyday, no surprises.  So get started golfing today.

Golf Headquarters DEMO DAY

June 2, 2009

100_2350  It’s that time of year.  This Saturday at the All Golf Center location at 1850 West Ridgeway in Waterloo.Golf Headquarters is hosting its annual Demo Day.  Mike Schuchmann and his great staff will host over 15 golf companies and their equipment.    The event will be from 11 am to 4 pm.  Their will be a long drive contest at about 3:30, keg beer (until it runs out) beginning at 11 and you still get to hit a lot of different clubs this day.  So if you are thinking about buying a driver, putter or a new set of clubs—–come on out.  He even usually has shoes and a few clothing options for you.

We will be having drawings every hour for items from Legend Trail Golf, The Tap Room and the All Golf Center.  So if you are a golf fanatic, a casual golfer or have someone that is…..drag them out to this great, well organized event.
