Legend Trail Golf Winter Pool League starts playoffs Thursday

The regular season ended last Thursday so the playoffs start this coming Thursday, March 3rd. Josh & Jeff won by one game over Jay & Todd. All the tight races for the other seeds broke out and we had no ties to break. We have a great new golf program for you to take advantage of in 2011. BUT ONLY if you are a season ticket holder at Legend Trail Golf, All Golf Center and/or Waverly Golf you get to play other golf courses in the State of Iowa for $20. You must be a season ticket holder in order to take advantage of this reciprocal agreement with some great facilities across the state. Legend Trail Golf is open for WALKING ONLY

We have opened the Legend Trail Golf Course for WALKING ONLY, while the weather lasts. Our driving range is still closed at this time as is the ALL GOLF CENTER and the Waverly Golf Course. Cost is $8 per person for all the golf per day you want through February. So stop on out have a bite to eat and play some golf. First come first served on the #1 TEE.

I always know when it is getting close to Spring and the season is almost here when…
State of Iowa High School Wrestling starts which means Girls State Basketball and Boy’s State Basketball are next. The Twin 125’s are on (GO JUNIOR-boogity boogity boogity let’s go racing). MVC Basketball is drawing to a close and the tournament is about to start. They start talking about who is in and who is out in March Madness. Duane sends me a message asking when we are going to open at the driving range. The parking lots are a mess. People start asking about season golf ticket prices and when can they buy them, now by the way. I have shorts on (oh yeah that is all the time, sratch that one). Give me some of your signs of Spring.
