Happy Mothers Day to all you Mom’s. Thanks for all you have and will do for we KIDS. We hope that you have a fun and relaxing day. We will be open at Legend Trail for food from 10 am to 1:30 pm. Order off the menu and the salad bar will be up and going. Tell Terri that you are sad that she has to work on her special day but remind her that she gets to work with her two kids, Taylor and Steph and her adopted brother Jay. It will make her smile and feel better…….I hope. Sorry Terri.

Also you mom’s need to sign up for our Get Golf Ready GROUPS GOLF LESSONS at All Golf. Just call 236-1010 to sign up. Weather has changed and you are ready to play golf. Might as well help yourself before you start playing Ladies’ League, Couple’s League or playing on Saturday’s or Sunday’s with your kids.

Big Day Saturday, Waverly Golf vs Red Carpet Golf in the WAWA Cup. 3 person best shot, MATCH PLAY. Now how fun is that? Good luck to both teams as Waverly has WON EVERY EVENT. So as the old adage goes, if you can’t beat them, change the rules. And our Iowa MAN(not boy), Zach fires 66 at the tour to move into a tie for 1st. Moving day is Saturday so watch the Masters Champ tomorrow. Right after the WAWA Cup. Sorry but the WAWA Cup is blacked out in the Cedar Valley ESPN/FOX/Golf Channel/TNT/TBS viewing area. You must attend to see the celebs at the course.

We are ahead of pace on the number of teams but need your sign up and your cash. Call the staff by the deadline so we can schedule this years fun activities. G3 Golf likes the Golden Rule – treat others as you would like to be treated. I heard on the radio today – do on twitter like you would like to be twittered. Of Facebook like you would like to be facebooked. Words to think about. Sometimes being a keyboard warrior may affect you in the future. So be careful what you tweet or facebook. Would you want someone to do the same to you? That is why golf is such a great game to play – it is all about the treatment of other golfers, how you treat the golf course and the GOLDEN RULE.
