We’re more than a golf course!
These pages are dedicated to the programs and offerings at the all new Legend Trail Golf Course. It was built in 2005 by Gary Lockie and Greg Mason for a group of investors that wanted a golf course attached to their housing development. G3Golf, LLC took over ownership in March of 2008.
This is a fun, 9 hole family golf course that is very open to the public. The course is a Par 36, has three sets of tees and can play up to 3,300 yards long. We pride ourselves on having built a fun, yet challenging golf course for all abilities of golfers.
The course is open farm ground with a nice creek disecting holes 5 and 9. The course winds through the development and offers great views from high atop a hill overlooking the rejuvenated town of Parkersburg. It has been fun to watch the town grow back after being devastated by an EF-5 tornado in May of 2008. So come out and see the redevlopment of a town as you play a round of golf.
The driving range has seven target greens for you to aim at. All in hopes of allowing you to hone that game you have been trying to buy for years. It is designed to someday allow a six hole short course for beginners and those that want a short fun facility to play. We do a 2 for 1 range bucket, weekdays until 2 pm. So stop on out, grab a bite to eat at The Tap Room and then hit a bucket of balls. Better yet bring a friend.

As our slogan says, we ARE more than a golf course. Even if you do not play the game, come on out and experience our bar and grill. Nothing better than sitting around telling lies and having fun with friends.
