The Tap Room
This 6,500 square foot clubhouse has been rebuilt after the tornado of 2008. We have opened the facility up as a family, fun style pub and grill. We are currently opened for breakfast and lunch from 7 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. We will expand the hours and offerings as the traffic comes in.
We have three televisions, a great bar (see story below) and a pool table to entertain the masses. We have “legendary happy hour” from 4 pm to 6 pm. The lounge hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 3 pm to 7 pm and Friday and Saturday from 3 pm to 10 pm. We will expand those hours as the traffic comes in.
Bar Story-too help those that want an excuse to come to The Tap Room. The tornado hit at about 5 pm. When I arrived that night to look for my brother, Grant, I walked into the clubhouse and saw much destruction. But when I walked around to the bar area, 6 of the eight bar stools were still in place, the crystal pub mix bowls were still in place, the pricing tents had not moved. I looked to the back bar–all the liquor was untouched, the glassware was still where we had left it and the 42 inch tv was still there.
The moral of this story is in the event of a bad storm or tornado the safest place to be is…THE BAR. P.S. We do have pictures of this.
So when the sky is sunny, no wind, no clouds let your loved one’s know that the staff at Legend Trail thinks there is a storm coming and that you should stay in the safest place–The Tap Room Bar and Grill.
But we want to let you know that we don’t think you need the threat of a storm to come up and try our food and/or beverages. See you at Happy Hour!
