A busy week so don’t miss out on anything. Mike Schuchmann and Greg Mason will join the Sports Guy, Gary Rima, on Wednesday, May 26th on KXEL 1540 ONPRESSROW from 5 pm to 6 pm. Feel free to call in and ask a question. We are ready for about anything other than how do I hit it straight?
Junior golf lessons are available at both Waverly Golf and Legend Trail Golf, click on the Lessons tab at the top and find the Junior Lesson program that suites your junior golfer.
Still have openings for Monday’s Golf Tournament at Legend Trail. 9 am shotgun start, not 10 am shotgun, so call the shop at 319-346-1499 to sign up. You have to play the course to see the improvement that John Kofoot and his staff have given us from one year ago. It is a dynamite place. I will tell you that our greens are the best set of greens I have played in 2010, period. That is a lot of pressure on John but I have played The Harvestor, TPC at Deere Run and just played Glen Oaks. We are that good. You can and will make a putt, unless your stroke is that bad.
